About Ludwigsfelde: Ludwigsfelde is located about eight kilometres east of Potsdam and around eleven kilometres south of Berlin's city limits. Thanks to the construction of an aircraft engine plant by Daimler-Benz in 1938, the locality is characterised by automotive production and aerospace technology.
